Why do I have a list of previous items in my sale/purchase/spend/receive items?

The way this works is by showing you the 10 last unique sale items in the description drop down, when you choose one (i.e. focus out of the description box) it will populate the rest of the line.

When auto populating the fields Nominal will 'remember' that this specific description was used and will not auto populate the
fields  again. so you're able to change the fields after the initial population.

This means that if you have two previous items with the same name but with different values, and you used one of them, you will not be able to use the other.
