Yes.

Quantity field has been changed from integer to decimal in version 2.1.10.0 and you're now able to record 1.5 items etc.

Please note that if you're tracking stock for this item, the stock quantity is calculcated as integer to it will round the decimal to int for stock.

That means that you can have the stock reduced by 1.5 items.

This is only relevant for item where you selected the "Tracking" check-box under Manage->Items
