However FreshBooks is not an Accounting Software and doesn't allow you to keep records in a way that is useful in keeping track of your business, neither will it help you with submitting your activity statement, generating reports, paying your employees and other activities that are not specifically part of invoicing.

But don't worry - Nominal is here to save the day! We're now offering advanced FreshBooks integration straight from your FreshBooks account and onto your Nominal records.

This is done using the FreshBooks API and only requires that you enter your API URL and Token.

The kind of information you're able to integrate into Nominal Accounting:

Invoices: 

Your FreshBooks invoices will be loaded from your account and converted into Nominal invoices.

FreshBooks items:

* Your FreshBooks items or services, including description and prices will be converted to Nominal items

FreshBooks categories:

* Your FreshBooks categories, used to categorise your expenses, will be converted to Nominal expense accounts on your chart of accounts.

FreshBooks expenses:

* Your FreshBooks expenses will be converted to Nominal spend money records, attached to the appropriate expense account.

FreshBooks client:

* Your FreshBooks clients will be converted to Nominal customer cards, including address and contact details.
